A spiritual warfare journal should make you more grounded in truth, not more afraid. It can help you notice lies, record Scripture, pray clearly, and choose wise practical responses.

Create five sections

  1. 1Truth: Scriptures read in context.
  2. 2Patterns: thoughts, triggers, habits, and situations you notice.
  3. 3Prayer: specific requests rather than fear-filled speculation.
  4. 4Practice: boundaries, accountability, rest, care, and obedience.
  5. 5Remembrance: evidence of God's faithfulness and answered prayer.

Sis, remember

Not every symptom, conflict, setback, or mental-health struggle is evidence of a spiritual attack. Seek appropriate care and wise counsel.

Please read first

Spiritual practices do not replace medical or mental-health care. Hallucinations, paranoia, severe distress, or thoughts of harm require prompt support from a qualified professional or emergency service.

Father, meet me on these pages. Help me write honestly, listen carefully, and keep Scripture at the center. Show me what is true, what needs healing, and what faithful step belongs to today. Keep this practice free from pressure and close to Your presence. In Jesus’ name, amen.
