Christian journaling is simply making space to write with God: what you notice in Scripture, what you are praying, what you are learning, and where you need wisdom. You do not need perfect handwriting or a complicated system.

Begin with what you already have

  2. 2Pick a repeatable time—even ten quiet minutes.
  3. 3Date each entry so you can notice growth later.
  4. 4Read a short Scripture passage before you write.
  5. 5End with one honest prayer and one next step.
